I got a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with the Hemi 5.7, it is getting a number 7 and 4 miss fire. I changed the plugs and pack and still getting the codes. I we told to rebuild the engine what do you think? It has 150k miles

Have you had the engine compression tested to see what the status is on it? Definitely do that before rebuilding.

Yes, compression on 7 is lower then normal.

Rebuilding that engine cost a fortune. Fond an engine from a junkyard and swap it or live with the issue.
