Hello guys, basically I own a 2009 Lexus GS 460 it’s a great car for me personally and I have had no complaints but my wife’s also loves my car and wanted to get one similar. Because of how rare it is there’s no listings in our area for a 460 how is it compared to a 350 of the same or newer gen. Is the power difference and transmission that much of a difference or would she most likely be just as satisfied with a 350? Or even an IS orES 350 is there major differences in performance and ride? Thanks.

The GS and IS are going to be more sporty than the ES line. The ES is pretty much geared towards a soft, luxury ride.

The GS would be my pick as they handle great and are very solid vehicles. I would test drive both and see what you think.

These GS is in my opinion the best Lexus Sedan, I have not owned one but am considering the 350. It has been getting closer to being kicked from my list of my first car. It is an awesome car for what it is but I feel like I want something sportier so I am going to a coupe with back seats instead of a sedan, at least that is what I am thinking at the moment.

IS and GS more sport, ES more luxurious.

3.5 V6 is a great engine as far as I am aware and costs and needs less repair than the 4.6 V8.

I had a gs 350 but had some problems like recurring moldy ac and a nasty rattle when it was cold

Which year?
