Hi Scotty!

Thank you for creating this community so that everyone can share and ask questions. I have one question myself and I'm hoping you and everyone can help me. There is this issue with my Lexus rx350 2017 model, non-F sport. It's regarding to the manual folding rear seats. I found through online, there are two main ways to fold the rear seats. #1- handle puller on each side of the rear seats.(works perfectly fine) #2- pull latch from the truck cargo area. (which I tried to pull multiple times, and it didn't work. But I heard connector by the rear seats makes a little noise) I was wondering what problem and how can I possibly fixing it. Although I bought this car used, but Lexus offers 5 years warranty, so I took it over to my local Lexus dealer and explained to the advisor there. But he doesn't seems to know what happen and showed me a demonstration on pulling the same handle in a different car. (which I think he wants to prove or convince me that the pull handle feature doesn't work or doesn't exists) while I know for sure it works for folding rear seats because I saw a car tour video in YouTube.

Scotty, what do you think the problem is problem is? and what do you think I should do with the Lexus dealer?
