I find oil catch cans for Chevy 5.3L and larger engines, but nothing for the new 2.7L turbo engine. I bought a 2023 with the 2.7L Turbo, and want to add the oil separator/catch can assembly. Will the model(s) for the 5.3L plug right in?

Well I wouldn't put an oil separator on a turbo. Especially at design is very complex. You need an engineer to figure out how to do it correctly
