My ‘04 Ford Explorer XLT 4L, 155,400mi. is losing coolant again. Was losing coolant about a year ago due to the thermostat housing going bad, I don’t see any on the ground and I haven’t had a pressure test done yet. Any idea what the problem could be this time? Thanks.

You don’t want to guess, so use UV dye and/or pressure test to find where it is leaking:

Yes, have it pressure tested....is there any coolant in the oil?
Check for head gasket issues, also you can remove each plug and check for coolant
retention, that would indicate a crack. Maybe even a bottle of K seal would help.
