I have a 2002 Nissan Xterra 2.4l ka24de when I accelerate on highway or going uphill the car has no power and slowly starts losing speedand the idle is jumpy almost stalls and then goes back to normal . I have changed the maf sensor the fuel filter the injectors air temp sensor new spark plugs and wires distributor is good and have cleaned the throttle body. My only guess is the catalytic converter is this a possibility?

it's possible.

I would also measure the fuel pressure, and make sure ignition timing is good.
