Car loses power while driving on the highway/uphill

I have an Automatic 4 cylinder 2010 Rav4 with 155,000 Miles.  When I'm on the highway or going uphill the check engine light begins to flash and I start to lose power.  I usually let off the gas for the next minute and the hiccup resolves itself.  I have used an OBD scanner and have gotten the following codes -

P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire

P0172 - System Too Rich Bank 1

P0441 - EVAP System Incorrect Purge Flow

P0455 - Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (Gross Leak)

I have taken the car to a mechanic and he's helped me replace the cylinder 3 spark plug and coil.  Code is still present.  I have also replaced the fuel pump.  I know that my car burns oil and the mechanic has advised I check the levels once a week and add oil accordingly.  Over the course of the last year I have also noticed my fuel consumption has worsened.

I'm not sure what course of action I should take.  I've been told that I might need to replace the O2 sensors.  I'd like to keep the car in roadworthy shape and not sure if I need to replace the engine in whole or what.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

it's telling you to stop driving immediately and shut off the car, because you're causing damage. I'm pretty sure it's explained in your owner's manual.

You need to fix your EVAP leak. Scotty has videos about it so search his channel.

Usually that's a bad catalytic converter

This could possibly be a fuel injector that's leaking too much fuel. What are your fuel trims like? Don't monitor live data and drive at the same time. Have somebody else drive.

Or record data and play back later. These days even a lot of cheap scan tools can do that.

True. I didn't think of that.
