Alright,
I've done a bit a research, and I heard this is pretty common with these types of Civics, but I just wanted to confirm.
So, I have a 2009 Honda Civic EX Coupe (147,500mi) that has a loud rumbling noise from the cabin. The outside sounds fine, just anytime I'm driving it, it's really loud from the inside, and my rearview mirror begins to vibrate and it rumbles when I'm accelerating around 1-1.5k rpms.
I've read that it coule be the motor mounts, but I'm not sure. I just wanted to confirm this before I decided that's the issue.
