So I want to buy a LS430 Ultra Luxury for $5k but it has 200k miles and there's a problem with the 02 sensor and maf sensor is this a big problem? Also , it has a crack in the expansion tank (I think he meant coolant tank) with a small leak. Is this a huge issue that can easily be fixed?

If you want it for daily driving, it is not a smart move. Besides those minor repairs, these cars get very expensive on repairs when they age and you put mileage on them.
