[Solved] Lucas Transmission Fix Stops Slip

Good afternoon,

I recently watched a video where Scotty mentioned adding the Lucas Transmission Fix Stops Slip to a vehicle (big Toyota SUV, I think) and that it appears to work fairly well.

I would like to add this to my 2003 Honda Odyssey with 222k miles. I know the auto trans in these vehicles are not that great. This one is mostly okay. Perhaps adding this fluid might make it better? Right now, I can feel it slipping a bit when it goes from 2-3 and 3-4.

Fluid is relatively clean and does not spell or look burnt.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Sure. I think that with kind of mileage, you've already gotten your value out of the vehicle and now you just want to keep it alive as long as possible. You don't have much to lose by trying some additive. But I wouldn't dump the whole bottle in. I would add it maybe 1/4 at a time until in improves. (and give it some time to diffuse into the transmission).
