MAF Sensor Specs

Does anyone know where I can get the correct MAF sensor g/s reading specs for 2013 Civic?  I just bought 2013 Civic 1.8L LX, replaced all liquids, filters, cleaned MAF sensor and TB.  After starting the car, check engine light came on.  After disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, check engine light disappeared and car seems to work fine now.  RPM at idle is around 750 with slight fluctuation.  MAF g/s reading is 2.5 g/s at idle and around  6-10 g/s at 2,500 or 3,000 RPM. It doesn't go over 10 g/s.  Is this normal or Civic MAF sensor?

These days even inexpensive scanners have the ability to graph sensor data.

The most effective way to verify the MAF’s signal to the PCM is to graph the sensor’s output while running the engine between 1000 and 2250 rpm.

Graphing the TPS and the MAF sensor data together is a great way to test MAF sensors because the two graphs should be parallel to each other.

That's pretty normal data for that sensor

Thank you guys!  I'll make sure to graph it next time as suggested.  I should have checked the sensor data before cleaning and then after, to compare.
