Maintaining a vehicle for high mileage driving…

I haven’t seen any videos regarding maintenance on heavy driving.

I am a pizza delivery driver and do Uber as well. I drive roughly 25k mi per year. I own a 2016 Toyota Prius IV and change the oil every 6,000 miles as well as the other suggested scheduled maintenance. I average 65 mpg and would like to keep it that way.

Is there anything else I should or shouldn’t be doing based on this vehicle and the mileage I drive. Is fuel additives a waste of money on this vehicle? Should I just be using better gas from places like Shell or BP instead?

Thanks, Brian.

As long as it's top tier gas you're good. Don't pay more for the name. Where I live I've seen the same company bring gas for Costco and for Arco etc. So as long as it's standard top tier gas that's good.

Please tell us what else you maintained, and the current number of miles on your car.
