Unfortunately, those that don't care won't be swayed by a video or anything else.

I'm sure almost everyone knows about impairments caused by being drunk. In my state they even have it in the driver guide (book to read before taking test for permit) so basically anyone with a drivers license has read about it. But interestingly just last night I saw someone in a 6 lane road (3 on each side) with a speed limit of 40mph standing with their car in the middle of the road and in the opposite direction of traffic and laughing behind the wheel. So goes to show those who don't want will never pay attention to the risks of drunk driving.
