05 Honda Accord ATF change at 100k+ miles

I've got an 05 Accord with the 2.4 i4 i-VTEC engine. Fortunately I'm only the second owner and I got it about 5 months ago. It is at 127,000 right now but unfortunately I don't have reason to believe the auto transmission fluid has ever been changed. However, the dipstick doesn't look too dirty. I'd like to regularly change the fluid from here on out to keep the transmission running longer, but I know some people do not recommended new fluid in an older car. I am also aware that 60k is recommended interval. Is 100k+ too many miles for the fluid to be changed and cause damage?

Please don’t double post, thanks.

The fluid will always not looked dirty on the dip stick as it is red? When draining  look at the viscosity and smell it if it stinks.

If the fluid looks like black thick hot chocolate but no smell, the previous owner might have change it.

If it is thick like melted chocolate and stinks, the previous owner have not change it

If it flows like water and not smell, the previous owner has change it.

Where are you buying your chocolates from?!

stinky chocolate? I don't wanna know where you've been putting your dipstick.

Transmission Fluid from Toyota. I cant think of a better way to describe the oozing of a heavily used fluid like chocolate fountain.
