Hi . I'm totally confused by this!
In the owners manual it says: check the transmission fluid and never change it! Well it's really weird thing to do.
My Mazda 2 2011(automatic), has 124k miles and never got a fluid change. Transmission fluid color looks pretty decent , and little black stains on the small checkup I've made.
As today, the transmission shifts great no problems. should I replace it ? or should I just stick with the owners manual and check if it get really black ?

may I would change it now and use the OEM Mazda fluid you don't want to take a chance dirt where things out it's good that it's clean now when it's black it's too late then
