i heve a qwestion - when i drive - onnly in the begining of the driving - i heve klank noice - its sims like its coming from the front car area . can you tell what is the issu ?

by the wey -how bad is it to drive the car if i heve oil on my sparks- can i stay like this for a wile -i drive in the city not out of the city .
