Hello!
I recently changed my non turbo 2021 Mazda CX-30 for a turbo 2022 Mazda CX-30. Oil cap says to use 5W-30 oil, but i’m unsure of using 5W-30 since it’s a turbocharged I-4 engine…
Maybe should I change it to 0W-20 GF6 oil?

Read your owners manual for the 2022 CX-30. It's available online for free. What does it say?
