Scotty,
I have a 2008 F150 with 4.2L engine with about 260K miles on it. I got a misfire code a couple months ago and replaced all the sparkplugs, wires, and coil pack. Recently, it started jerking while accelerating and I got a P0303 code detected for cylinder 3 misfire and a P0316-FF "misfire detected on startup". Any ideas what the problem could be?

Do a compression test on cylinder 3. Check intake manifold for leaks. Run some injector cleaner through it and do an Italian tune up. Check the wiring to the #3 fuel injector for clean connection and corrosion.
