I have a misfire code that pops up every once in awhile and it seems to always change it may be days or even weeks before they pop up. What do you think this could be?

So many things can do misfires but start with a simple things check the spark plugs to see if they worn out. Prince's simple thing like that and not computer or electronic failures or fuel injection failure or even a worn out engine that you could check by having the compression test on it all cylinders

What’s the exact code?

Start with the basic as scotty said.  Here is a list of possible causes. Engine coolant temp sensor, cam position sensor, mass airflow, spark plugs, wires, coils, distributor, injectors, faulty ecu, oxygen sensor and or air fuel ratio sensor, faulty pcv, worn position rings. bad Valve, lifters, push rods, There is alot  of things it can be. In sure I missed a few.
