I driving a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES 2016 2.0 a code popped up p1590 TCM Torque Reduction REQ. Comm. 2. AFS Supply Voltage High When I start my car and shift the gears it goes into limp mode I put in new spark plugs and a new air mass flow

Those things have nothing to do with the code, it's a communication failure. Here are Mitsubishi's recommendations for diagnosis:
