I have a 2014 Ford Focus 2.0 GDI 5 speed, and this is the first oil change I will be doing since I bought the car, the car has 99k miles should I use Mobil 1 or Mobil 1 high milage?

I wouldn't use either one. The Mobile 1 is just an overpriced, marketing campaign driven rip off and the Mobile 1 High Mileage is some guy at the end of the production line whispering the words "high mileage" into the container. Just get some Castrol.

I would use full synthetic oil to be safe.

I would use the high mileage at least the first time, as it has more detergents to clean any crud out.
