HEY SCOTTY i have a 2011 lexus is 250 140,000 miles and it has alot of mositure in the passenger headlight assembly any tips on getting this resolved thanks

Best bet is to buy replacement assemblies. You can find them for a couple hundred bucks at lots of online places.
