Hey Scotty, are Multi Port injected (MPI) engines more dependable than gasoline direct injected (GDI) engines if they're well maintained?

I've never owned a vehicle with direct injection but have never had a problem (aside from fuel pump replacement) with multi-port injection in cars decades old with hundreds of thousands of miles on them. So I'd say multi-port is pretty reliable.
