My 2008 350z overheats only when the a/c is on and parked , standing still or at red-light slow traffic , and after 5 minutes of this specific condition, but when driving and get air flow through the radiator and constant movement even a few red-lights stop signs it doesn't over heat. It has a fairly new radiator i put 1 year ago topped of coolant. Overheats only when a/c is on and in not air flowing conditions. When I turn the a/c off even in a stand still it will not overheat but proceed to cool down from overheating. Idk what it seems to be ever since I replaced the radiator its been a problem only in the hotter months entering fall, winter, even spring it doesn't seem to happen but when it's hot texas weather 85 90's and above it's noticeable

Check to see that the AC cooling fan is coming on when the AC is switched on.  If not, check all plug in connections that may have been disturbed during the radiator install, check the fuses too.  Check to make sure all the air has been burped out of the cooling system.  Are the radiator cap and thermostat 14 years old?

Yes I believe so

The fans works and all both switch on but yes cap and thermostat are original I believe

I'd suggest a new thermostat, radiator cap and temperature sending unit.
