I just recently purchased a 2004 Pontiac Vibe. Just wondering do I go with the types of fluids that is recommended by GM or do I go for the one's recommended for a Toyota, since it is basically a Toyota. Specifically anti-freeze, power steering fluid, transfercase and rear differential gear oil (AWD model)

Read your owner's manual, it will tell you what is required. Manuals available free, online.
