My 1999 Dodge Dakota sport v6 manual won't start

I replaced the clutch in my 1999 dodge Dakota sport v6 manual and also replaced the clutch master and slave cylinder. When I go to start it the starter is working and I can see the belt moving it just doesn't turn over. When I was putting the bellhousing back on and the crank shaft wasn't going in so I looked and this round Spring came out of the crank shaft. Also underneath the truck near the bellhousing there is a a plug that I can figure out where it plugs into. It's kind of just there. Honestly if I had the money I would fly you out here to kansas. But I don't know what to do honestly. I've checked the spark plugs and the gas pressure. I'm thinking its the plug I don't know where it goes to and possibly the spring from the shaft.

Mileage please?

We need some clarification here.  First you said it turns over, then it's not turning over.  If the belt is moving, it's turning over.  Which is it?  Second, the spring that you said fell out is probably the throw out bearing retaining clip or the clutch release fork retainer spring.  There is no spring on the crankshaft.  Is the plug near the bell housing an electrical plug?  If so, it could be your reverse indicator switch.  A lot of conjecture here I know but with out clear, accurate information, we are not going to be able to help.

Is your crank sensor back there?
