Hi Scotty,
I'm thinking of buying a second hand MY16 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV, Auto
It has done 80000 miles, is it a good idea?
Regards
Seth
If it's a Japanese built diesel and you're outside of the U.S. (hasn't been sold there in 15 years or so) go right ahead, those things are bombproof.
I wouldn't bother, you can do better.
Japanese import? No. I would never.
Which continent do you live in? I think @mountainmanjoe is saying that you buy a Japan Market Mitsubishi in the US and he is correct because parts would be hard to find and they drive on the opposite side of the road. Then again those are pretty dependable 4X4s and they seem to be popular overseas.
I would only consider it if it’s a diesel & if a mechanic who’s experienced with the Pajero, checks it out before purchase.
If it’s a petrol/parts are hard to find in your area, I wouldn’t even consider it.
