07 Mercedes c230 160k miles, 4matic, 2.5 liter, I have replaced 02 sensors, spark plugs, crankshaft and camshaft sensors, fuel pump as well as sending unit, I am at a loss as to what else to do or what it could be. I have spark and fuel and air for sure.

How do you know?
I have checked each spark plug, I have 50 psi with a gage at the fuel rail. I checked cams for chains to move and not be broken. Checked my throttle body it's working. I have replaced coil packs.
HOW did you check the plugs?
Just because you have fuel pressure, it doesn't mean your injectors are working.
Pulled them out and checked for spark and they are new.
OK if you visually confirmed good spark for each one then that's good. You can eliminate ignition as a problem, (provided that the timing is good.)
Next I would try spraying starting fluid into the throttle body and see if it starts then.
I have tried that and will not start. I have not checked timing .
