I have a 2017 Toyota Premio 1.5L which has a issue with braking. When I am braking at near 0 speed or when I am stationary then sometimes the car makes a rumbling noise and the vibration can be felt in the entire car and another thing I noticed is that when that happens the RPM goes to 0.5x from 1x when I brake while idle.

If the idling change is well breaking about the only thing that causes that is a week break booster system
