I have a Kia Sportage 05 automatic 2.0. When I accelerate to about 21/23 mph it jerks really hard twice before accelerating smoothly. If I drive really slowly to the same mph it doesn’t jerk at all. I just replaced the spark plugs.
No transmission codes, I do have a p0011 bank 1 code. No grinding noises. Any idea what’s going on?
Clarification: What is the mileage?
Probably about 160k

Your timing chain on bank one is probably stretched to the point of throwing off your ignition timing.
