Need help identifying a part/hose

2006 Mazdaspeed 6, 168,000 on the ODO. This is a follow up to my question a couple days ago about a whether I had a vacuum leak or a fault wastegate. Well, I made a smoke machine and was able to find that I do in fact have a vacuum/boost leak. Apparently a narrow hose, about 3 to 4 inches in length, has split right at where it connects to the wastegate control solenoid valve. It's hard to get a clear picture of but I'll attach three photos of the best angles I could get of said hose. It looks like it connects from the intake piping to the wastegate control solenoid which is on the charged air hose just before the intercooler. It's connection to the intake piping has this orange epoxy looking stuff over where it meets the intake, and I am not sure what that is or why its there. If any of you could help me identify this little hose, and perhaps what the epoxy stuff is, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Well it's a one piece assembly and it broke so they put some kind of silicone glue to hold it in place. You could just leave it alone if it's working okay find yourself isn't cheap
