Need help with my Nissan

Hey Scotty. Got a problem here. I’m driving a 2018 Nissan Versa with 90,000 miles on it. Put a lot of miles on it because I’m an Uber driver. I’ve been having issues with popping noises in the driver front when I hit bumps. I take it to Nissan and all they did was just tighten the bolts on the control arm, but nothing else. What should I do? Thanks and God bless.

Often it's worn struts are strut mounts go to an independent mechanic who cares to analyze it correctly

I had the strut replaced already and it still made the noises afterwards even though Nissan told me the strut was worn. I brought it back to them and all they did was tighten the bolts on the control. It seemed to stop for a moment and then came back. I’m gonna look around for another mechanic to check it out. But thank you for replying on this

Thud sounds can be worn rubber bushings.

Rattling, clanking sounds are often sway bar links.

Strut mounts/bearings can clunk as well.

The control arm bushing is most likely bad especially if they touched on that and it changed even if only briefly I would bet that’s where your problem is
