Should I use a fuel system cleaner?

I drive a 2016 Nissan Versa (68000 KM). I've noticed recently that the car struggles a bit when driving uphill, and sometimes there are vibrations while the car is idle but not always.

Maybe a clogged fuel filter, or carbon buildup on injectors?

I'm considering using a fuel cleaner like Redline's complete fuel system cleaner to clean it all up. I read it's better to use it after replacing the fuel filter, but it's not replaceable in my case without replacing the entire fuel pump assembly. So if the fuel filter is clogged, is using a cleaner gonna have a negative effect? Is it going to send whatever is clogging the filter to the engine?

Well you never know with some cleaners. The only one I use is my friend Bernie's from Albuquerque. His ATS cleaner. Google that and put it in the tank. It won't clog anything
