The engine is stalling when put under load.  Look at the basics - air filter, clean MAF sensor and throttle body.   Then check the fuel filter and fuel pressure.  How about the spark plugs.  How old are they?

Thank you I will start there. Someone said "transmission issues" but car was running fine, one day just shut off. Spark plugs haven't been changed and there's no check engine light

Inspect the intake hose that attaches to the throttle body.

Pretty much every one of those hoses crack and cause stalling.

You can wrap it with duct tape until the new part arrives.

Thank you! will definitely check out. Kinda hard to find out what's wrong specially with no engine light tripping any code

You kinda have to remove the hose to see the cracks in the rear.
Then, do as Doc says and clean the throttle body and MAF sensor while you have the hose off. Both cleanings are needed on any engine.

Make sure you clean the back side of the throttle plate. But I've heard that on some cars that opening the throttle plate (to clean the backside) with your finger or tool can mess up the throttle sensor. Some people remove the entire throttle assembly for cleaning instead of manually opening the throttle plate. There are youtube videos that show you how to do a lot of car maintenance.
