Hi Scotty!
Just noticed that on Mazda's Skyactiv oil filters, they do not have anti drain back valves or end caps inside the filter, just a small plastic bit glued to each end where the end caps should be. Why do some oil filters not include an anti drain back valve and will this filter damage my 2023 Mazda 3 (2.0L NA). Mazda recommends these filters due to their higher oil flow rate. Thank you!
