I have a 93 Silverado the brake lights doesn’t come on everything has been changed even put new tail lights in, could it be that the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor and not make contact with the brake switch? And the brake switch has been replaced too
Blown fuse? Bad ground at the tail light sockets? If it's nothing obvious you'll probably need to use a test light to trace out the circuit and find where the power stops.
The fuses are good, the turn signals work the lights light up at night when you turn the lights on
Since it's a 1993 truck I'm assuming it uses standard type incandescant bulbs, not LEDs. Tail lights are a different filament and circuit from the brake lights. Dual-filament bulbs are commonly used for this.
Turn signals might or might not be separate depending on the vehicle. (Some have separate bulbs for turn signals and brake light, some use the same bulb.) If turn signals are combined with the brake lights on that truck then the turn signal switch is another suspect.
As I said you'll need to get in there with a test light to find where the fault is. A wiring diagram would be helpful in tracing it out.
