I keep seeing all these ads for these OBDII plugin mileage boosters. Do any of them actually work, and is there one that is better than the rest?

Those are all BS. There is no such thing as a device that can alter engine parameters from a little chip that connects to the OBDII. We've talked about this product before...it's all psychological. They've done tests on what the motherboard does...it just makes a light blink using power from OBDII lol!
