Over the last few days I've noticed a couple of posts where a text body has changed from my initial visit to the next time I revisit the post. Understanding that admins and moderators can easily make such changes I initially didn't think much of this.. Since it's a little hard to explain I'll just give a recent example. In the following post I quoted the OP well after the 10 minute window expired. At a later time when I returned and re-read the original post, I noticed the OP's 'text body' no longer had any mention of the words I had quoted, none? (None of his words seemed offensive or inappropriate in anyway) Here's a link to it: https://carkiller.com/scottykilmer/qa/replacing-battery/
I
what exactly was the text that you quoted?
My reply in that link, I used the website's quote feature
"Are walmart batteries reliable enough that they will last 4-5 years like my original dealership battery?"
you mean this?

brain shat is what it feels like 😳
Wait until you guys get older! Memory is the second thing to go. (I've forgotten what the first thing is.)
Thanks Chuck, this "impaired ability to remember, think, or make decisions that interferes with doing everyday activities", it kinda sux ..
I thought everyone used the term "brain fart", lol. It must be an early millennial/ late Gen X thing.
I've also heard them called "blonde moments" and "senior moments"
