Oil light comes on when braking

2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. 87k miles. Recently sat 3 years. Changed all fluids.

When driving for long extended periods of time. Eventually the oil light will come on when braking, coming to complete stop. Then will go away when I acclerate. Sometimes this lasts a extremely short amount of time and prob goes away quickly. Others it will last slightly longer but has always lasted still a short time. Hardly does it.

Oil full, may have a leak but a extremely small one.

Could using 5w30 instead of 5w20 be causing this? Is this a sign my engine is worn out and is gonna blow up soon?

Verify oil pressure under those conditions with a mechanical gauge. Engine should not be worn out at 87K miles if it's been maintained, but it could be sludged up or bearings worn due to poor maintenance. (Also modern Chrysler products are not known for longevity.) But check it first before condemning the engine.
