Hey Scotty got a 1999 honda civic sedan that is starting to have an overheating problem radiator hose gets hard when warming up fluids are correct the fan kicks on also I don’t know if this is relevant but oil in my spark plug tubes also heater does not blow hot air when i tried cooling the engine that way.

With a car that old it can be just about anything. See the troubleshooting section of the FAQ.

If you have ever used a "sealer" type product it may have plugged up your cooling system. Keep an eye on your engine temperature. If you let it overheat the head gasket is likely to blow.
