AWD hybrid woes

I purchased a 2021 Ford escape hybrid, with 65000 miles, about 6 months ago. Test drive was fine. On the way home i got an AWD fault light. Took the vehicle to a Ford dealer that was closer to me than the one i purchased the car from and after being turned down by the warranty i purchased, and spending several thousand dollars, this dealer changed the AWD module, rear drive shaft, rear differential (ptu) and called the Ford engineer to diagnose something electrical. I have the vehicle back and there's no AWD light, however, it's still doing the things that caused the light in the first place. If I turn the steering wheel to the right, at about the 30 degree angle mark, the rear of the vehicle feels like it's swinging right and left. It only does it to the right. Any help here would be greatly appreciated as I'm already out several thousand and cannot get rid of the vehicle at this point. Thanks sir!

diagnosing is often 90% of the job, and dealers just don't want to pay for that and would rather throw parts at the problem (at your expense).  You either need to have a reliable mechanic in your back pocket, or just avoid extraneous stuff you don't need like AWD.
