Hello Scotty, I have a 2017 Honda Accord LX. My headlights are kinda Oxidated. How and what do you use to clean them up and make them clearer?

Unfortunately the only permanent solution is to buy new plastic lenses or replace the entire headlamp assembly.
You can try to polish them with commercially available headlight restoration kits, but eventually they’ll go back to being faded. Also search the forum for ‘faded headlights’.
If you do end up buying new plastic lenses via the aftermarket, use this product to prevent them fading soon (watch from 06:45) -
