Try changing the VVT Valve

If you changed both the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors and still have the problem, then there is an internal problem. Assuming you have the correct oil viscosity in the engine, try using an engine flush additive right before you change the oil out. You better hope that the problem is just the phaser being clogged with gunk, which a good engine flush additive will unclog. If that doesn't help, then your camshaft timing is out of phase due to a loose timing chain skipping teeth on the gears. Do you hear a whining sound when you rev the engine? If so, the timing chain is loose and needs to be fixed immediately.
