I got a couple oddball codes today p0125 reading "insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel control" also a p1151 "lack of h02s21 switch".

The first one I have no idea what that's about, the second lack of a switch no clue but I get it's running lean. What would cause those?

Also have misfires on 6 & 8. It has been acting weird the past few days with no codes then got worse, finally I got some but the obd2 port stopped working at random.

Not sure if this is related but when I replaced the fuse for the obd2 port/lighter plug (which didn't blow but the metal melted upon insertion) & got those. I tried a different fuse just to see if I'd get the same behavior, it was like I made contact with a mig welder....not the typical little orange/yellow sparks from a 12v connection but a shower of white & blue. This fuse didn't blow either but the leads melted once again.

one question per post please

That is one question, what's causing the codes.

You've got several different things happening with your truck. You'll get better help if you solve them separately.

Take out the lighter to see if you have an electrical short there.
