I am looking to buy a new IAC valve for my 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I have checked the part i have and it has the code 04861184AB. The problem is that i have searched thoroughly for this code on Ebay, Amazon, etc... and the IAC valves i have found have the same code but without the first 0 (4861184AB). Would this mean any problem in terms of compatibility?

No. But don't buy it on Amazon or Ebay. They are frequently counterfeit. Get it at a local parts store so if there's a problem, you can return it.
Thanks a lot for your answer. Yet I can't buy it from a local parts store since I'm from Europe and as you know Chrysler has left the european market so new parts especially the ones which are not consumables cannot be found in my continent🥲

Use reputable websites that specialize in car parts only. Rockauto.com etc. (I don't know you guys have in Europe)
Make sure there's a warranty and good return policy.
