Bought this car for my wife second hand, has 77k km on it. I have replaced valve cover, turbo intake pipe, both O2 sensors, cleaned both the MAP/MAF sensors, run a can of CRC intake cleaner through it, cleaned the VVT valve. Still getting P2178 and P2191 , these come up after ecu reset and after a few drives. Car drives fine until it goes into limp mode when LTFT gets up there. Don't think there is a vacuum leak, fuel rail pressure on the OBD sits at around 700. I don't know anything about cars prior to buying this heap of over engineered European garbage. If you could guide me on what to look at? Carbon build up? I gotta buy a cheap borescope to check. Yes , I have bought heaps of new tools and it has been a learning curve.
