Hi Scotty. I have a big problem with my Neon. I have a 2002 Dodge Neon 2.0. The problem is my car is very (really very) poor mileage. I have a 13 mpg. That is small car with no big engine. I have no error codes, no check engine light on. Car runs good. What i do wrong?

How many miles? Probably the first thing I would do is a compression check to get an idea of general engine health. Those were not very long-lived cars in general and that one is pushing 20 years now. Also check the usual suspects such as spark plugs and filters, clean the MAF sensor etc. Beyond that you would need a dealer-level scan tool to check manufacturer-specific codes that won't show up on a generic OBD2 scanner.
