Why is 2015-2017 Porsche 911 Turbo brake fluid changed every 5,000 miles?

I've been contemplating buying a Porsche 911 Turbo in the 2015-2017 year range. After looking at many Carfax service reports, I've noticed that many of these cars are having the brake fluid changed every 5,000 miles. What's up with that? Normally, I would expect brake fluid to last 100K miles. Seems like a giant red flag. What do you think?

I don't know if there's anything special about the hydraulic systems in those, but on most cars brake fluid would be changed about every 4 years to avoid moisture-related problems.

There are lots of red flags when it comes to Porsches. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on repairs and maintenance.

Do not trust Carfax.
