Possible vandalism by dealer staff on vehicle

I noticed the screw plug cover inside driver door was pried out, and the drivers rear passenger armrest/ electronic panel where one presses the button to roll up and down the window is pried up. No scheduled service on the windows or doors. I haven’t been rude to anyone, and thus whomever has a vendetta against my car is horrible. They also erased my recent videos and audio on my dash cam to cover their tracks. I had a video I was going to record to my cell phone is how I know. Some other driver on drugs doing brake checks while I followed over 200 feet away in a 40 zone. I was driving lawfully and correctly for that(former CDL holder). I have the plug replaced in front and the drivers rear plug goes missing. My kid notices, and so I know someone is being absolutely unkind. Dealerships will not ever admit to wrongdoing, and so I ordered the plug for the screw cover, but I need to have someone fix the pried up(it is slightly) plastic plate the is right in front of the door armrest. Toyota pretty much is a monopoly in this area. I can maybe find a certified mechanic, but if there any recourse that can be had against a dealer mechanic or staff harming the car. I have asked others advice, and there is nothing I have done to deserve this treatment. I have not yelled at anyone or anything, and I have always been polite.

Unfortunately without evidence there is not much that can be done. As you say the dealer is extremely unlikely to admit to any wrongdoing but it still might be worth a chat with the dealership's general manager.
