Preventing electronics from going bad when cleaning the undecarriage

Hey everyone I recently went to the beach and now I wanna wash the sand and salt off the undercarriage. The issue is I'm worried about destroying the electronics when doing so, specifically in the front (under the hood) and by each tire. Is there a way of cleaning it without ruining anything? Or am I worried about nothing and should just wash it without any worries? The car is a 2017 Mazda Miata

anything that normally gets wet in the rain (which is basically everything on the outside of the vehicle) you can just spray down without worry.

be a little more careful under the hood. All the connectors there are still weather sealed, but there's a lot of them.

It's better to use a more deliberate method, rather than spraying all over. Use a hand sponge or a long handle brush to do some gentle scrubbing on the body sheet metal and other soiled parts, and then spray down with a directed stream of water. Keep away from the alternator (throw a bag over it maybe), the engine intake, and wiring harnesses. Other than that go nuts. Wheels are fine.
